  1. Values are means ± standard deviations. Δ represents change from baseline values. Sufficient muscle samples were obtained to measure baseline and subsequent Cr on 25 participants. Missing day-7 data in participants with baseline and day-28 values were replaced using the last observed value method (n = 2). Data were analyzed by MANOVA with repeated measures. Greenhouse-Geisser time and group x time (G x T) interaction p-levels are reported with univariate group p-levels.
